Since they're the only technologically advanced area around I'd say yes they
coiuld make them.
'Course they still need the depleted uranium (he he Adventure hook!!!!)

Hey a 15 target number as long as they aint taking grenades and eating
them... sounds like they are to me!

i'd say there is a track system that holds the ammo, or at least it sounds
like it from the description.
