Admittedly, I'm prone to overintellectualization, so I have given such
crossovers some thought.
Since G-rays affect the spirit as well as the body, garou wouldn't just
be able to regenerate the mutative effects, which would make them unhappy.
One might allow metis to roll on the mutation table though since they are
prone to deformities and such anyway. Metis might have gift versions of the
more beneficial mutations.
Would the glow be of the wyrm? I would say that some of it is, some of
it isn't. After all, the glow apparently supports both factions of doomies,
and one is decidedly far more wyrmy than the other. Depending on how much
Werewolf cosmology you wanted to introduce, you might make the Glow to
competing spirits, or one spirit with identity issues (perhaps only partially
corrupted).
Now onto ABs:
Junkers: these spiritual shamans are actually a quite natural fit for
Garou, it doesn't take that much effort for a Garou to pretty do the exact
same thing in Werewolf. Glass walkers (not that there would be that many of
them left, since they like cities so much), would pretty much all be Junkers.
Templars: An interesting fit in some ways, inappropriate in others.
Garou already have the patronage of spiritual beings, but in a crossover
garou ancestor spirits could probably be included in the saints and even
martyrs. A Templar garou would pretty much have to be a ronin unless you go
with that idea, because other garou wouldn't take well to such disloyalty
otherwise. BSDs would probably make quite willing anti-Templars though. You
can't corrupt that which isn't innocent to begin with. :)
Sykers: Pretty much a no, psychic powers are foreign to Garou as a matter
of course. The only two possible exceptions would be Skin Dancers who were
Sykers to begin with, or a garou who went to the flux realm (and they can
have their psychic potential unlocked there, of course they can also become
ten foot tall mobile statues of silver there as well).
Doomies: A garou doomsayer would be possible if you decide that the glow
is a powerful atomic spirit, or BSDs among silas's folks if you decide its a
powerful balefire elemental. Or perhaps even possible if neither is true,
since even garou can have faith. BSDs and fomori would probably be included
in Silas's supporters either way.
Librarians: There is actually a group of bone gnawers who would fit right
in here, but I don't know enough about the librarians to have any other
comment.
Hucksters: most garou probably wouldn't deal with the manitou, but it's
worth pointing out that any garou in the hunting grounds doesn't need a
manitou to cast hexes. And garou can step sideways into the hunting grounds
at whim.
Toxic shamans: BSDs would have an easy time as corrupters, normal garou
wouldn't work with toxic spirits unless you decided that atomic spirits could
give them patronage, or non wyrmy insect spirits. And even then only
radiation or insect shamans.
Regular shamans: Another very easy fit for garou, garou are extremely
shamanic to begin with.
Garou would have an easy time stepping sideways, I figure the gauntlet is
next to nonexistent really thanks to all of the reckoner's actions. But the
hunting grounds would be extremely unpleasant for garou, what with all the
manitou swarming around.
Oh yes, forgot some other combinations:
Scrappers: only works with a special garou rite, otherwise the garou
would just regenerate the piece out. Ouch. Glasswalkers would probably add
spirits to some of their hardware.
Cyborgs: extremely unlikely, although possible. Manitou should be able
to snatch a garou soul, since they have access to the realms of animals as
well as human dead. Throwing a cyborg glass walker at a party is a sure sign
that your mad at them, as for harrowed, see above.
