Actually, in our games, there have been a couple of villains that were
basically toned down versions of some of the major players of the west, one
of the games I played in comes to mind with Reverend Hines, who was kind of
close to the Big Rev G in lost angels. He wasn't as powerful as Rev G, but
he was bad enough, and that group has fought him to stalemate on a couple of
occasions.

Uhh, not to nitpick, but isn't Throckmorton the head of the combine? Perhaps
you were thinking of the S-Mart overlord or something.
