[HOE] Map in Wasted West

G'Day Survivors,

    I was looking at the map in Wasted West and it says that it could be
found on the net. However, the site they provide doesn't seem to be around
anymore.  Does anyone know where the map, and maybe even the original site
is?  Also, does anyone know where I could get a blank map of the US?  The
coloured map doesn't look so good after being photocopied, and I want my
players to add locations of interests from their travels.
