[HOE] Product Releases






I am having the best discussion about this on the Hero game site.  One of 
the posters is from TundraSales, and help to decide to delay the product.  
(For good or bad)  I am seeing that this was an OK decision (it made sence 
TO THEM) but now my issue is how it was handled.
We, as customers were inconvienced and annoyed at this little song and 
dance.  We weren't even given an appology.  It was just "here's the deal 
live with it or take a walk."  That's just bad customer service.
They sacrificed the feelings and the goodwill of their customer base in the 
name of this "product release problem."  To paraphrase what I just told the 
guy "So what if you have all your schedualing problems fixed, you wont have 
any customers left because you alienated them all."

I'm rambling.  But I would advise anyone who is not happy with this whole 
deal to  TELL CG about it.  Fire them off an email.  Let them know that they 
need to make better customers service choices.
