[HOE] Double-Joker

We're just sitting here creating characters for a (HoE) game (best o' 3
draws), and one of the posse to be just drew this:
3d4; 4d4; 3d6; 3d6; 4d6; 4d6; 1d8; 3d8; 2d10; 5d12 (Double Joker, that is)

... and he's not going to use it.

Hmm.

Question - is that 2 Mysterious pasts? Mutation and Mysterious past? And is
he crazy to pass up the possibility of starting with a 5d12.
