That's true, I suppose. Still, the M-2011A is a monster hand cannon designed
specifically for cyborgs (it tends to break the wrists of non-cyborged humans
who try to use it); if it did less damage than a normal pistol, they wouldn't
have used in the first place.

Thinking about it, the Range 20 is probably in error as well; there's really
nothing in the description to suggest that it has exceptional range or velocity.
The "high velocity" explanation was just a stab in the dark on my part.
