[HOE] probabilities


Okay, I KNOW I'm going something wrong because I got that the probability
of rolling a 10 on 1d8 (open ended, of course) is slightly higher (@10.9%)
then the probability of rolling a 10 on 1d10 (@10%).
What am I doing wrong?:

probability of rolling an 8 on 1d8 = .125
probability of rolling a 2+ on 1d8 = .875

.125 * .875 = .109

???
