I like this idea. We know PEG's a little short on staff right now, they
are doing most of their published works through freelancers. And they
could probably use a few sourcebooks for the HOE line, especially now
that Lost Colony has been held up. We could put it together ourselves...
someone could do a page or so of new weapons, maybe a couple new ABs
(the Normal thing or Road Warrior thing might be nice), then ask for
adventure submissions.

My group back home likes to run a HOE-variant of Night Train with semi
trailers instead of trains to start off HOE campaigns. The Convoy could
ask the Law Dogs to investigate rumors about certain towns on the
outskirts of their routes being wiped out after a mysterious convoy
moved through.
