This is correct.  the radiation from the ghost rock bombs (as opposed to the
kind that's made Kansas City unlivable) warps the sould, and hence the body
warps with it.  Of course, the ruling before has been that if a mutation
would affect something that isn't there anymore (for instance, something
that turns your arm into a tentacle when you've had both arms replaced)
doesn't work and you don't redraw for a different effect- unless you're
feeling like a REAL Marshal, that is!
