[HOE] Toxic shaman powers

When a toxic shaman uses energy form and casts bolts of energy, are the bolts 
classed as radiation based magic as energy form is under the radiation 
sphere. 
Also is it at all possible to use any powers whille a harrowed is in ghost 
form, be it whether he is a syker,doomsayer,toxic shaman,witch i.e a syker 
using a brain blast or a doomsayer using flash blind.
