[HOE] Help with charactor generator

Hey all,

OK, I did the right thing and downloaded the HoE character generator onto my 
computer, here's my problem,

What do I do now?  The file just sits there and stares at me.  I have adobe, 
but that isn't helping me.  How do I get this thing to run?
