[HOE] Spirit loss for Cyborgs
A question which has come up between myself and the marshall of the game i
play, is that, when creating a cyborg, the packages that you get for playin
an infiltrator, heavy can or a clone has a lot of items for free. do you have
to take off the spirit loss for the free stuff or is it only for the the
cyber equipment you have fitted after you have got your package.
