Hmm... how about... Use the Trait power to give a device the Bluff
aptitude. Use an area effect and the Commo power (to convey information
visually) for the projector part. Whenever its activated, whoever is in
the area of effect rolls Scrutinize versus the device's Bluff aptitude.
