I probably wouldn't give any aiming bonuses at all for those powers.  The
blast isn't necessarily rocketing out of your finger (or forehead,
whatever) in a straight line, along whatever path it's aimed at.  If so,
it would be another Shootin' concentration.  Rather, the fact that it's a
Faith or Blastin' roll tells me that the shot is more about concentration
on the target.  There are a lot of illustrations that show an atomic or
brain blast curving over a long distance to strike at a target.
Basically, I'm saying that just because it's a ranged power don't mean
it's the same as a gun.
