[HOE] Templar relics

Firstly, thanks to all of you who replied to my question on, aiming with 
powers, it helped alot. There is another question i would like to trouble you 
with. Can someone other than a Templar use a relic swords power that is out 
of the Templar book. What i mean by this is that i have in my possesion a 
Templars sword which has the bonuses added to you fighting sword, and damage 
depending on your level of faith. Just in case you wondering, the sword is 
called "The Templars Cross" and it can be found on page 72 of The Last 
Crusaders. As i am not a Templar and my faith is different can i use the 
swords abbilities as it is in the book. It does not state that non- Templars 
can not use the benefits of these swords as not all the sword originally 
belonged to Templars, they just ended up in some of there hands.
