I'm not sure about Law Dogs saying that concentration includes "or 1
wind/round" thing. Does anyone have a pg. # on that?
Many huckster/hexslinger powers explicitly state "concentration or 1
wind/round". So why would they say this if concentration included "or 1
wind/round"...? How many more times can I say "or 1 wind/round" ???
