Remember folks, Doombringers are Harrowed. I'd agree with M3--Harrowed can 
use Doomie powers. These powers come from the alignment of the user's 
meridians. Faith in this sense is used in the "faith" of Silas'/Joan's 
theology--read CoTA closely--believe me, writing books at the tail end makes 
one become VERY familiar with canon.
