 So does this mean that Mark I chipped guns won't explode until two minutes
 after they are out of range of live black hats?

 Does it also mean that Mark I guns won't explode if a non-Black Hat picks
 it up and pulls the trigger (if there is a leaving Black Hat in range or
 the 2 minutes hasn't passed)? They just won't fire. >>
