[HOE] new syker edges/hinderances

Hey Theo,

Overall, I like these.  I'm unsure about calling the hindrance simply
"Meridians" though...not descriptive enough of what you're talking about
IMO. "Meridian Throw Back", "Meridian Blockage", IMD Disorder
(Incomplete Meridian Development)"?

Same thing with "Tricks".  Like your hindrance, this would seem to imply
a minor difference in the way a Syker was "wired", if he can access
aspects of his primary discipline for "free".  "Meridian Mage", "Free
Flow Meridians", "PDF Syndome (Primary Disipline Free-Use)"?

Just tossing out some suggestions.  Concept and mechanics-wise, these
are both pretty cool! :-)
