I wasn't aware that there were any proposed junker rules for Denver (at least 
I got no guidance from Shane when writing the book on that point) and didn't 
write any, so they weren't left out due to space limitations or anything. I'm 
not aware of any upcoming books that have these rules in them (certainly not 
CoS).
