Denver didn't say that they were incompatible, it said that power suits
use so much electricity that the device a junker would need to build to
power one would be so big that it would be immobile.  Which is odd, since
the charge rules in Denver have the suits using less juice than an
electric car (assuming, of course, that these electric charges aren't
completely different from the other electric charges we've seen).
