[HOE] Power Armor stuff...

Okay, this discussion of cannisters (not available) and powerpacks
(short-lived) has made me wonder about the other means for powering up a
suit out there...
I know there's spirit batteries (don't work)
But what about the rest of it? I presume a junker-built soul tap wouldn't
work. What about a pre-war one?
Could a suit be plugged into a can somehow?
What about the harrowed power that lets you restore power to an item?
And the doomsayer miracle Power Up?

From my reckoning, I'd think that the soul taps wouldn't work, nor would
plugging a can in. I can't see any reason why the harrowed power and Power
up wouldn't work...

Well, any offers/oppinions, guys?
