[HOE] Cyborgs

A lot of stuff has been bubbling around in my head about cyborgs lately,
particularly how they relate to the military topics in Waste Warriors. I'm
thinking of some major house rules stuff I might write up, so I'd like some
input about how cyborgs have worked (or not) in other people's games. Have you
played a cyborg or played with someone playing a cyborg, and if so, what did add
or subtract from the game?
