Re: [HOE] Junker side effects question
I know I'm not "anyone else", but the lists are slow lately and I'm bored.
A device has ALWAYS, to my knowledge, been able to have multiple
side-effects across multiple powers. The tradeoff is that while one or two
minor side-effects mightn't be so bad, four or five of them at once begin to
degrade your device's performance rapidly.
MY question, and I just checked to see if it was answered already (it
doesn't appear to be) is can you put multiple side-effects into the same
power? So if I were to make a powered melee weapon using Weaponsmith only,
would I be able to put two minor side-effects in? A minor and a major? Any
combination, basically.
