I would say yes, they still show up. Mainly because it's a game balance
thing, other than hiding in walls and such the power gives no provisions
for making the harrowed harder to detect (IIRC), so doing so would make it
more powerful.
Here's a thought, thermal imaging is one thing that real-world ghost
hunters use to try and track spirits. And a "noticable cold impression" is
common in ghost sitings. So why not make the harrowed show up as a
particularly dark (i.e. cold) spot in thermal?
Finally thermal detects IR radiation, right? As the ghost is still visible
I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be visible throughout the spectrum,
including infra-red.
