[HOE] A New Maneuver Idea

Hey Gang -

Theo - dig the "Immovable Mountain".  Overall, seems like its balanced
as is.  Got another related one for you.  This maneuver idea came up
during the session tonight, so I thought I'd throw it out here (rough
and off the cuff) to see what folks think (note this is a maneuver, not
an enlightened power).  I admit the name inspiration credit has to go to
the "Lunch Money" card game.

Pimp Slap

This maneuver is an open handed slap across the face of the target, and
is usually meant to berate or intimidate.  The Martial Artist has to
successfully make a called head shot for this to be effective.  If
successful, the damage is considered brawling and not lethal, and gains
the "slapper" a base +2 on an automatic Overawe roll against the
"slap-ee".  The "Slapper" gets an additional +1 for each raise over the
TN needed to make the called head shot against the "slap-ee".  It can be
used "defensively" in conjunction with a successful dodge (via a
vamoose) in response to another's attack with an additional -2 penalty
to hit. Additional bonuses to the Overawe check from edges or hindrances
such as "the stare", "the voice" or "ugly as sin" (etc.) are added
accordingly.
