[HOE] Jet packs (Hopler)

Hiya,

A quick question concerning Jet Packs...

The Junkman Cometh states that a Frame Size 5 Jet Pack provides sufficient
thrust to lift a Frame Size 6 person (though with reduced performance).

Extrapolating from this, does that mean that a character with the Scrawny
Hindrance (Size 5) only needs a Frame Size 4 Jet Pack?   Or that a Brawny
character (Size 7) needs a Frame Size 6 Jet Pack?

If I want to make a small Jet Pack for my familiar, do I only need to make a
Frame Size 1 Jet Pack?
