Well a chainsaw does generally suck as a weapon (B-movie history to the
contrary). But they have other uses:

1. Try cutting through a door with a sword
2. I think anyone with a running chainsaw should get AT LEAST +2 to all
overawe rolls
3. All kinds of cool rules come to mind, like hit with a raise and you've
jammed the saw into them, on subsequent actions you do damage
automatically until the opponent beats you on an opposed strength roll.
