[HOE] Survivor Settlement Questions...

How common do you make your settlements? I've been looking over the books 
I've got and my road Atlas, and the vast majority of towns mentioned by 
Pinnacle are either places like "Near Wichita" or "Far Houston", I.e., towns 
built near old ruins of bombed cities.(Which makes sense- all that salvage), 
and county seats. Using county seats as a benchmark gives fairly good 
results, but as I try and draw up a map of the Wasted West(or even, say, 
Nevada or Idaho) I grow curious as to what others do. How big, on average, 
are your settlements? What's your cut-off for nuked cities?(I have everything 
with 50,000 or more people get G-R bombed)
How far apart are they? How many abandoned towns do you have?
