This is a big problem for you right here- you're handling red and blue chips
wrong. You can only spend one red or blue chip on a given roll. You can
spend as many whites as you want, but you can only spend one red or blue.
Your munchkin shouldn't be getting away with this very much longer.

Also, I'd rein in the Blessed+Cyborg+Veteran of the Weird West sort of thing
in the future. I mean, I'm guessing he's probably got Spiritual Giant since
it increases your effective Size and, when combined with Brawny or Big 'Un:
Husky makes you Size 8- Size 9 with Big 'Un: Obese! Combine that with
Cyborg armor and he's even more of a walking tank than your average Cyborg.
You wanna smack his bitch up? Send Rust Mites from Monsters, Muties, and
Misfits after him. If you don't know what they are, basically they eat any
ferrous metal and do so rather quickly. They actually have a seperate
Terror score for Junkers, which I'd extend to Cyborgs and perhaps even
increase for them. Of course, they damage Durability rather than doing
conventional damage. I'm sure you can come up with something.
