Okay, your posse seems to be a good case study in power-levels in HoE. On
one end of the spectrum you have Shothkovar who is, quite honestly, a
combat monster. At the other end you have Alfonso who is basically
Joe-average. How do you balance these two? I always have problems in our
group with players achieving the right balance so that everyone gets to
participate. How do other marshals handle it (short of limiting choices
during character creation)?
