Yes, Magi-nation is a CCG.  It has not been officially
made into a RPG, however there is a site:
core.bluntaxe.com, from there you can get to the
Magi-naiton website and find the rules for (I think)
BESM and D20.  I haven't tried them out yet, but it is
a linked site to the main MN page so it might be
official. I am not sure about that.  Sorry if that is
more information than you needed, I love playing
