Your forgetting lost Colony.  So the book will have maybe 33% usefull infor 
the HOE.  Not to mention its dual stated so half the space will be for D20 
rules which you might not use so thats down to 16.5% of usefull good old 
fashion HOE.

The problem is that PEG isn't big enough to publish three seperate distinct 
settings for Deadlands and try to branch out a bit more.  So there has to be 
sacrifices.  I'd rather see them publish an Epitaph for the Deadlands 
settings, then not publish anything at all.
