Well if you really want to know...
What got me started on that path was purchasing a copy of every single Pinnacle
book directly from PEG all at once (read really really big order). Then make a
huge cash donation to Shane (read bribe). Next put on a Tutu for a solid month,
and then try spelling Pinnacle correctly. For your information, there are two
n's.
