[HOE] Hunting Grounds?

I have no idea if any of the books covers this (Spirit Warriors comes to my
mind...) but do the Hunting Grounds exist in Hell on Earth. I would say
"yes", but don't know if Shane didn't invent something about it...

So, if the answer actually is "yes", what does it look like now? Has it
changed since 1877 or maybe it remained the same? I know there are new
manitous called toxic spirits so probably it changed a lot.

And what about the gate to Hunting Grounds in Yellowstone? I remember 'Book
o' the Dead' saying that there was something like that (I don't have the
book in front of me) in one of the geysers. Is it still there? Or maybe it
was destroyed?
