You can try a website like http://www.maps.com/ and order them online, which should take care of your needs.  I bought a small laminated map of the US with topographical, road and distance maps on it that was pretty handy.  I basically assumed that most standard roads were passable until you got around the cities and if I wanted to have washed out or blasted away sections I inserted them where seemed most appropriate.

 Where  can  I  find  maps of America with interstate roads? I thought
 that  I could find it in the Road Warriors suplement but there isn't.
 Maybe some of you tried to sketch main passable roads after Judgement
 Day?
