Any Sci-Fi line of mini's works.  Check out Newwave.org  Its a great site 
for minatures.  I personally use a lot of Warzone(since I use to play) and 
Necromunda minatures.  I can't remember who makes them but I got about 30 of 
these Swat team members minatures.  All wearing Baseball caps and carrying 
SMGs.  They work great for black hats squads.
