[HOE] Got Nuke?

Something kind of fun in a morbid way. 

You can select a town or city and nuke it to see the
effects of fall out, pressure, and blast (isn’t this
also pressure?) damage on the target.

This may be useful for those trying to work out what
is left after the WW III for their players to stumble
over and/or for describing damaged cities to your
players.
