200 pages of Needed rules. I don't think its possible to create anything
useful using the rules from the main HOE book
And Road Warriors has it fair share of rules(two different driving combat
rules systems, plus Vehicle customization)
But its really about how you run HOE. In my campaign Vehicles are usually
extremely rare, extremely beat up, and extremely explosive. So having all
these neat rules for cars isn't all that useful to me(I still own the book,
I own them all) right now. Maybe if someone in my group atually makes a
road warrior then it might become useful again.
So in conclusion. Find out what your players are interested in making and
get that first. Remember the first rule of Marshalling is to make sure
everyone is having fun. And the worse thing you can do is have a million
sorce books that help out a few characters but leave the other players
totally out.
