I've always said that Shootin': Rifle works good enough.  The TSAR is
basically a glorified 5.56mm assault rifle mated to a gyrojet launcher.  The
gyrojet launcher requires relatively little in the way of actual SHOOTING
skill, since it's psionically guided and all that jazz (it has its own
little set of rolls and such), and I don't see how the assault rifle
component of the weapon could be so radically different as to require an
entirely new aptitude.
