         Not to be disrespectful, but I don't think that is the case either.
         The description of the TSAR says it has to be plugged into the syker's temple. To fire the TSAR's gyrojet, the syker has to hold the TSAR on target for two actions, spend a point of Strain and cut loose with the gyrojet round.  After that, the person that had the gyrojet pointed at his skull should just lay down and die.
         The Machine Head also plugs into syker's temple, but only works on things that accept dataslugs.  Mainly computers and military vehicles.  Unless I am mistaken, the TSAR doesn't have a dataslug port.
