There's nothing anyone knows about a 5th
Horsemen right now. It hasn't been mentioned in any sourcebook that *I* know
of.
How's that for cryptic?

In
Cyborgs, there's the section dealing with the little "anti-magic"
zone under Blackleaf Correctional Facility that mentions that SOMETHING is
buried underneath there, something that the Reckoners actually put there and
created the anti-magic zone to contain. The section header, a quote
from a Rolling Stones song, has led a few posters to suggest that it's
actually Satan himself buried there. I think that's the "5th
Horseman" he's referring to.
