[HOE] Back in Circulation

Hey wasters!

	After an extended hiatus, I finally got my ducks in a row. The Librarian's
Almanac is back in business! Most of you know the drill but I'll blab again
for the new names I've been seeing on the list.

	The Librarian's Almanacs are a collection of story ideas, adventure nuggets
and/or random ideas for Marshals to mine for stories or players to hear as
rumors. I'll post what I come up every couple of days or so. Anyone is
welcome to contribute to this, its all in fun after all. I'll give them a
gander and drop it into the next edition with a funky name in the byline. Or
your real one, should you have a preference.

	Any one who wants to peruse the previous editions can find them at Matt

	I've been waiting for the time to get back in the saddle where HOE is
concerned. I've got a few other ideas on the back burners as well.  It's
good to be back.
