I could have swarn that it was ruled that you don't get the bonus if you
don't suffer any modifiers (because of thick-skinned, harrowedness, etc.)
Basically if you don't feel the pain, it doesn't piss you off yet. Anyone
know how to search through the archives? Or where they are?
