As marshal, I've fudged dice rolls before, but it has always been in favor
of the VILLIANS! There is nothing more depressing than to run DT & have the
posse encounter senore BadGuy (everyone who's played Devil's Tower knows who
I'm talking about) & Bad Guy busts on the first attack.... :::sigh....::::
Needless to say, that doesn't help the Fear level when the biggest bad guy
royally screws up...
