[HOE] i need help with my librarian

im going to make an arcane librarian who is obsessed
with being as heroic and dramatic as possible who as
his characters can use neo from the matrix superman
and possible someone else its going to be very amusing
because in a gun fight he'll be the one to go let me
stop those bullets with my chest or i know kung fu. 
but i need help with character traits you know edges
and aptitudes any thoughts would be appreciated
