About the arson power.......
Im not real sure why this question keeps coming up it seems cut and dry. If
you are within the diameter your fried if your a foot outside it your fine
consider yourself a lucky waster. The power doesnt have a burst as the power
is contained within the diameter.If the power had a burst it would have been
in the description of the power.
Of a more curious nature, to Theo and completly off topic.....
