[HOE] World Hopping Campain (Peg advice would be great as well)

Behold for I have returned from the grave, well not
really, just been lurking for quite a while, anyways..

I am starting a Campain here at school, and I was
planning on doing a little world hopping.  Has anyone
done this in their games??  If so what problems/good
things have arose in your posses travels?  I have a
whole campaign, and idea setting behind it, and if you
need me to write about those ideas thats no problem,
but right now im just testing the waters to see if
anyone has left the west?
