After making my posse deal with this, I think I may handle larger 
vehicles as follows:

Basically, the better the back story and emotional attachment to said 
vehicle, the cheaper the base price. if it's your daddy's rig, it'll be 
cheaper at character creation since you're likely to feel much more 
attached.
